Shipping
We aim to dispatch your package within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. However, please note that in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days for us to dispatch your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can track your package online.
We offer several shipment options, including CTT and DHL, and the shipping fees will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the total weight of your shipment. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you choose.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as there may be unexpected delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, or other issues. However, we will do our best to inform you of any delays and keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your refund or exchange is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
